The room was disappointing with outdated fixtures and cleanliness issues. The shower head was positioned too low, making it uncomfortable to use. the breakfast selection was limited, and we found the bar closed when we wanted to order drinks.

the room I had was absolutely tiny and located in an old building, not in the main one, which is quite embarrassing. I also couldn’t believe that with all my demands, I didn't receive even a warm welcome gift or any sort of upgrade. breakfast was decent, but the selections quickly ran out. I just couldn't recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay with friends! The staff were super helpful and got us tickets to the son-et-lumière show at the nearby castle. Location was great – close to both the Loire and downtown. The scenery in the gardens and pool area was beautiful too! Definitely a spot we’d revisit!

Our hot water system wasn't reliable. we had some cold showers that really disrupted the relaxation vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly, and we loved the spacious room with AC. It was nice watching hot air balloons float by. The pool was a lifesaver since it was blazing outside, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety. Just wish the hot water was a bit more reliable.
